Hi,
on the Y I would like fraction spliced (spliced/reads that contain introns). 
You should probably only use reads that overlap both introns. And yes, X is distance from the 3'ss (or position)
I want them all on the same graph so I can compare - like the graphs from SMIT that you did for Oarteze.
